This is done through special needs support, education in special needs schools, accessible teaching materials and government funding. 

Their studio serves as a hub for national internal meetings and information videos to their customers. 

They are often providing live sign language interpretation, ensuring that everyone can actively participate. 

Panasonic AW-UE150 cameras together with a prompter solution and good lighting makes perfect images. 

Panapod from Panasonic/Polecam helps to easy shift the studio's ambiance from a standing position to a more relaxed sofa setting. 

For added flexibility, the elevation pedestals are controlled separatly using Companion/Streamdeck, foot pedals and vMix software.
